When I started this project in 2019, it just started out as wanting a color table for my main sona, because the reference sheet was shaded. But it quickly grew into a full-fledged character reference page, since I never wrote any lore for him, so it presented the prefect opportunity for me to do so.
Since then, Iāve gotten more characters, something I wouldāve never thought Iād have. I want to give each of them equal love, care and attention. This new and improved site is my passion project to give all of them a proper home.
The previous reference pages all had their own distinctive design, which made them difficult to harmonize. I wanted to go back to something simple and clean that makes it easy to focus on the content.
Previous reference pages did not cover all of my characters. This redesign gave me the opportunity to catch up on that. This time thereās gonna be no exceptions. Everyone gets to shine!
Everyone has their very own profile page with detailed descriptions to get a comprehensive idea of who they are, accompanied by illustrations by the talented people that brought them to life and continue to do so.
It was always important to me that there be a definite source to learn about my charactersā design and narrative and to quickly point at it for reference. No scurrying around cluttered galleries or social posts.
